Instructions

  • Combine the ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Fill each dumpling wrapper with a heaping teaspoon of filling.
  • To seal, fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges together.
  • Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  • Bring water to a boil in a pot large enough to hold the steamer basket.
  • Cover the pot with a lid and place the steamer basket over it.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through.
