Lobster Dumplings with Caviar Recipe

A generous topping of caviar elevates these luxurious lobster dumplings. The filling is a fragrant combination of lobster, garlic, ginger and cilantro, with umami richness provided by soy sauce and oyster sauce. These dumplings, wrapped in delicate wonton wrappers and pan-fried until crispy, make a stunning appetiser or main course.
