Instructions

  • Combine the ground pork, napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Dumpling wrappers should be placed on a clean surface.
  • Fill each wrapper with a heaping teaspoon of the filling.
  • Wet your finger and moisten the edge of the wrapper.
  • To seal the wrapper, fold it in half and pinch the edges together.
  • Continue with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
  • Cook until the bottoms of the dumplings are browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Cover the skillet with a tight-fitting lid after adding water.
  • Reduce the heat to low and steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the heat and serve immediately with dipping sauce.
